Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Description 1. Build and maintain POCs and demo environments, including rapid AI-assisted prototypes. 2. Prepare functional documentation: BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, configuration guides, user guides and process manuals. 3. Analyse and understand clients' business processes, requirements, and pain points. 4. Conduct meetings and workshops with clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements. 5. Map As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. 6. Translate business requirements into Odoo functional requirements and appropriate solutions. 7. Work closely with clients, Project Managers, Developers, and other team members to ensure requirements are properly implemented. 8. Conduct gap analysis between standard Odoo functionality and client requirements, identify functional gaps, and recommend appropriate solutions, configurations, workarounds, or customizations while minimizing unnecessary development. 9. Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, process flows, use cases, user guides, and process manuals. 10. Support the configuration, testing, and validation of Odoo modules based on approved business requirements. 11. Coordinate with developers regarding customization requirements, integrations, reports, and workflows. 12. Visit client sites when required for pre-sales activities, gap analysis, implementation, training, or post-implementation support.
