Operation Manager

Creativity House is hiring an Operation Manager to join our team in Malaysia. We are a PMI Professional Authorized Training Partner and GAICC Premier Authorized Training Partner in AI Governance, with operations in Malaysia, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate work across training, sales, and marketing teams, improve workflows, track deadlines, run a weekly operations meeting, and report on key KPIs. We are looking for someone with: - 5+ years of experience in operations or team management. - Good experience and understanding of marketing operations. - Strong skills in Google Sheets, CRM, and task management tools. - Excellent organization and communication. - Full fluency in Arabic and English.
