Job description
Provide functional support, maintenance, and enhancements for Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain modules. Manage inventory, procurement, warehouse, order management, and product cataloguing processes. Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and functional documentation. Support CRP, SIT, UAT, production issues, and system enhancements. Manage incidents, service requests, system releases, and user training. Ensure compliance with security policies, change management procedures, and service-level requirements. Requires 10-15 years of relevant Oracle ERP experience with strong hands-on functional expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Mobile Supply Chain Applications, Warehouse Management System, Product Information Management, and Product Cataloguing. Experience in government or large enterprise supply chain/logistics projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline. Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
