Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Specialist – Finance

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Specialist to support a Finance Transformation Programme in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on functional and technical expertise across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules, supporting implementation, integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and business process transformation. Required Qualifications & Experience: - 10–15 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance. - Proven experience in at least two full-lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations. - Strong techno-functional expertise across Oracle EBS Finance modules. - Extensive hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Treasury & Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Project Costing, Inventory, iProcurement / iSourcing. - Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes. - Experience in Oracle EBS integrations with external banking, treasury, reporting, and enterprise systems. - Hands-on exposure to integrations involving SWIFT, RTGS, WSS, BI, EAM, currency management, and Islamic liquidity management is highly desirable. - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS configuration, interfaces, workflows, reporting, and technical components. - Experience in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder-management-skills. - Ability to work effectively in an onsite delivery environment in Muscat, Oman.
