Oracle ERP Functional Consultant

Responsible for the functional design, implementation, enhancement, and support of Oracle ERP solutions, with primary focus on Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Enterprise Asset Management, Projects, Manufacturing, and related integrations. Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP functional solutions. Configure, enhance, and support Oracle Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain, EAM, Projects and related modules. Participate in Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation and transformation initiatives. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and prepare functional design and solution documents. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend standard Oracle functionality. Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, data migration, go-live, and post-production stabilization activities. Design and validate end-to-end business processes across Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Assets, and related Finance processes. Define functional requirements for integrations between Oracle ERP and third-party applications. Work closely with Oracle technical consultants on interfaces, reports, conversions, extensions, and workflows. Troubleshoot functional and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis. Support master-data and transactional-data migration, reconciliation, and validation. Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices, internal controls, security requirements, and established IT standards. Identify opportunities for process automation, simplification, and continuous improvement. Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, configuration documents, and user guides. Provide functional support and knowledge transfer to business users.
