Oracle Financial Functional Consultant

Role Summary & Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; conduct fit-gap analysis and propose solution designs. Implement Oracle Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, CM, and FA. Ensure proper integration across finance cycles: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report. Support SIT/UAT activities, resolve functional issues, and ensure compliance with IFRS standards. Collaborate with technical teams on reporting, integrations, and enhancements. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of finance processes and accounting principles. Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials configuration. Experience with Subledger Accounting (SLA) and approval workflows. Proven experience in configuring and implementing a Government Financial System aligned with the Ministry of Finance requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations and practices. Ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams.
