- Facilitate discovery workshops, process design sessions, and solution reviews across all business functions.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements, process flows, approval workflows, and functional specifications.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and ensure business requirements are addressed through configuration, process improvements, reporting, integrations, or approved change requests.
- Maintain end-to-end traceability of business requirements through configuration, testing, and deployment.
Functional Governance & Configuration
- Review and validate Oracle Fusion configuration across Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, and Project Management modules.
- Ensure enterprise structures, approval hierarchies, organizational data, and master data support OHANA's operating model.

- Ensure all configuration changes follow governance, testing, and approval procedures.
Business Process Support
Partner with business teams to support functional processes across:
- Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, VAT, Financial Reporting)
- Human Capital Management (Core HR, employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, leave, attendance, self-service)
- Procurement & Supply Chain (Supplier Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts, Procure-to-Pay)
- Project Controls, Construction, and Development (Projects, Budgets, Commitments, Cost Management, Change Orders)
- Work with business owners to validate process improvements while ensuring seamless integration between Oracle Fusion, Primavera P6, Primavera Unifier, and other enterprise systems.
Security & Access Governance
- Coordinate with ICT and Cybersecurity to review user roles, security profiles, approval hierarchies, and segregation of duties.
- Support user provisioning, role changes, and periodic access reviews.
- Ensure security changes comply with governance and audit requirements.
Testing & Go-Live Support
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and business validation activities.
- Develop test scenarios and manage defect tracking with business users and implementation partners.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Monitor risks and escalate issues impacting project delivery.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Gather reporting requirements for Finance, HR, Procurement, and Project teams.
- Validate functional requirements for OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards, and management reports.
- Support testing and reconciliation of reports to ensure data accuracy.
User Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide Level 2 functional support for Oracle Fusion users.
- Maintain SOPs, user guides, FAQs, and training materials.
- Deliver functional training and support super-user development across business departments.
- Assess Oracle quarterly releases and coordinate regression testing.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, automation, and user adoption.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of ERP functional experience including minimum 3 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience.
- Experience supporting at least one full Oracle Fusion implementation or major transformation programme.
