Oracle Fusion Finance Lead

Lead the functional implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Own end-to-end Finance solution design and ensure alignment with business requirements. Provide functional leadership across Finance and Accounting workstreams. Conduct requirements-gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis. Design and configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, Intercompany, and Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Financial Reporting. Design finance processes covering accounting, invoicing, payments, receipts, reconciliations, period close, and financial reporting. Define functional requirements for integrations with other applications using REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), file-based integrations, and banking interfaces. Lead functional aspects of finance data migration, including suppliers, customers, banks, opening balances, transactions, and historical data. Support data validation, reconciliation, mock conversions, cutover, and production migration. Define and support reporting using OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, and Financial Reporting tools. Lead SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, cutover, and production deployment. Provide post-go-live support and stabilization. Manage and mentor Oracle Finance functional consultants. Coordinate with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and business stakeholders.
