Oracle Fusion SCM Solution Lead

We have an opening for the role of Oracle Fusion SCM solution Lead with one of our clients in UAE. Please find below the details and let me know if you have any profiles to share. As the SCM Solution Lead, you will own the end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM solution across Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, Supply & Demand Planning, and Product Information Management (PIM). You will lead the SCM workstream through Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Data Migration, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare, working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across Procurement, WMS, Finance, Integration, Testing, and Data Migration. Key Responsibilities: - Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and process transformation. - Own BR100 documentation, configuration governance, and business sign-offs. - Manage SCM integrations and data migrations including items, inventory balances, open orders, pricing, and costs. - Drive SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover readiness, and post-go-live stabilization. - Lead onsite and offshore teams while serving as the primary SCM advisor to client stakeholders. Required Experience: - 8+ years of Oracle Cloud SCM experience - 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations - Expertise in OM, Inventory, Cost Management, Advanced Pricing, Supply Planning, and PIM - Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Procurement, WMS, Finance integrations, FBDI, OTBI, Data Migration, and Testing - Proven experience leading SCM workstreams in complex ERP transformation programs Preferred: - Oracle Fusion SCM Certification - UAE/GCC project experience - Telecom or large enterprise transformation experience - Exposure to Warehousing, Distribution, Manufacturing, and WMS environments
