Order Fulfillment Specialist

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will process Sales Orders, GRVs, Consignment Billings, Consignment Replacements, and Credit Notes. You will take ownership of customer issues from receipt to resolution, ensuring professional support and high customer satisfaction. The role requires efficient mailbox categorizing, accurate processing in SAP as the sole ERP system, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Main responsibilities include processing customer orders, billing, credits, returns, and consignment transactions accurately in SAP, monitoring and managing daily customer requests, responding to customer inquiries and complaints, investigating and resolving order and delivery issues, managing shared customer service mailboxes, coordinating delivery appointments through NUPCO and other customer platforms, working closely with warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance teams, tracking open customer cases, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and using SAP, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, Power BI, and SFDC to manage transactions.
