Order Fulfilment Coordinator

The Coordinator is responsible for accurate order entry into our SAP system and the follow-up of orders with the planning, production, service, solution engineering and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery. This role includes entering detailed technical Bills of Quantities (BOQ), payment conditions, and requested delivery dates. Additionally, the CSA supports the sales team with payment follow-up and handling of claims. Key Responsibilities include accurate SAP order entry, technical BOQ input, order follow-up and cross-functional coordination with planning, production, and shipping, plus sales support and MEA level reporting.
