Order Processor

Everllence (formerly MAN Energy Solutions) is seeking an Order Processor in Saudi Arabia to handle the preparation of quotations, ordering of spares, liaison with freight companies, stock control, asset registration, and coordination with headquarters and customers. Key responsibilities include processing spare parts enquiries and service-related orders, creating purchase orders in ERP systems like SAP Business One, preparing sales quotations, coordinating deliveries with logistics and product headquarters, creating system deliveries and invoices, analyzing sales activities and conversion reports, and following up on customer payments and cash flow management. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering, Saudi nationality, strong engine knowledge with commercial acumen in spare parts sales, proficiency in ERP systems including SAP Business One and PrimeShop, good proficiency in MS Office tools, and strong English communication skills.
