Parts Counter Representative - Al-Futtaim Automotive - FAMCO

Overview of the Role: We are looking for a customer-focused Parts Counter Representative to join our Aftersales team. In this role, you will be the face of our parts business, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving parts sales, revenue growth, and customer retention. You will work closely with customers, service teams, and workshop operations to ensure timely parts availability and seamless service delivery. What You Will Do: Achieve parts sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective promotion of accessories. Build strong customer relationships by understanding parts requirements and recommending suitable maintenance solutions. Coordinate with Service Advisors, Job Controllers, and workshop teams to ensure timely parts availability and customer updates. Maintain accurate sales orders, reservations, and customer records in SAP. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and quality standards. Support inventory management activities, including stock control and inventory audits. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, retention, and on-time delivery performance.
