Payroll & Data Migration Analyst

We are seeking a Payroll & Data Migration Analyst to support a critical 12-month payroll data migration project as part of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation. This role will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and successful migration of payroll data, working closely with HR, Finance, and external implementation partners. Key Responsibilities: Support the end-to-end migration of payroll data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Validate, cleanse, and reconcile legacy payroll data prior to migration. Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate mapping of payroll elements. Assist in system configuration testing, including parallel runs and UAT. Assist in processing payroll during the transition period. Ensure payroll outputs are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Act as a key point of contact between HR, Finance, and IT implementation partners. Ensure payroll data and processes comply with UAE labour laws and company policies. Experience & Technical Skills: Minimum 3–5 years solid payroll/data migration experience, preferably in a UAE-based organisation with regional MENA experience. Proven experience working on payroll system implementations or data migrations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Strong understanding of payroll structures, earnings, deductions, benefits, and end-of-service benefits. Advanced Excel skills.
