Payroll Specialist

Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with UAE and GCC regulations. Manage payroll data, process salary payments, handle deductions, and maintain records in accordance with company policies. Execute monthly payroll processes, handling variables such as advances, deductions, bonuses, and overtime. Verify and reflect salary changes in the SAP system promptly. Ensure compliance with Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements. Reconcile payroll reports monthly. Calculate End of Service (EOS) benefits. Manage leave administration and employee benefits programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law. Affinity to business computing solutions and SAP. No less than 4 years of proven experience in a payroll role. Advanced MS Excel skills.
