Payroll Taxation and Compliance Manager

We're Hiring | Payroll Taxation & Compliance Manager Location: Qatar Company: UCC Holding Are you an experienced payroll professional with strong expertise in payroll taxation, compliance, payroll audits, and SAP? We are looking for a Payroll Taxation & Compliance Manager to lead payroll compliance operations and ensure adherence to tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities - Ensure accurate payroll tax calculations in accordance with local tax laws. - Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure tax compliance. - Monitor changes in payroll tax regulations and implement required updates. - Ensure payroll tax mechanisms are automated within the payroll system. - Oversee payroll accounting transactions, including EOSS, regular payroll, and off-cycle payroll. - Conduct payroll audits and compliance reviews to identify irregularities. - Verify monthly payroll earnings and deductions. - Prepare employee CTC and payroll provision reports. - Generate payroll reports and provide insights to management. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. - Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - CPA or ACCA qualification preferred. - Minimum 5 years of overall experience. - At least 3 years of relevant payroll taxation and compliance experience. - GCC experience is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, payroll accounting, and compliance regulations. - Experience in payroll audits, payroll reconciliation, and reporting. - Hands-on experience with payroll systems and ERP platforms. - SAP functional knowledge is mandatory. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
