People Operations Manager - Shared Services

We're seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead our Central HR Shared Services operations from Egypt, driving standardized, digital, and SLA-driven employee services for a 3,800+ workforce across Egypt, KSA, and UAE. Job Details: - Department: Human Resource & Admin Department - Location: Head Office | Egypt - Vacancies: 1 - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Experience: 10-15 Years Role Highlights: - Lead centralized HR operations and hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes - Own HRIS/ERP master data governance, accuracy, and employee data integrity - Standardize HR transactional workflows, SOPs, controls, and service-level agreements - Oversee time & attendance consolidation and payroll-ready data validation - Manage digital employee documentation, transfers, promotions, offboarding, and pre-boarding - Lead Employee Self-Service (ESS), HR helpdesk operations, and employee request SLAs - Drive HR process automation, workflow optimization, and paperless operations - Support integration of new HR modules across the enterprise HRIS/ERP environment - Act as the Group escalation point for HR system and transactional workflow issues Preferred Experience: - 10-15 years in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, or HR Shared Services - 3+ years leading centralized HR processing within a multi-country / GCC environment - Advanced experience with enterprise HRIS/ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday - Strong knowledge of employee master data, time & attendance, ESS, payroll inputs, HR workflows, and process automation - Working knowledge of KSA and UAE HR compliance systems including Qiwa, GOSI, MOHRE, and WPS - Experience supporting large blue-collar/site-based workforces within ready-mix concrete, construction materials, manufacturing, heavy logistics, or industrial operations is strongly preferred - Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory
