Planning & Maintenance Engineer

We Are Hiring Planning & Maintenance Engineer Location: 10th of Ramadan, Egypt Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing and tracking preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance schedules for machinery and production lines. - Monitor daily maintenance requests, coordinate work orders, and help minimize operational downtime. - Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and support implementation of corrective actions. - Assist in monitoring spare parts inventory levels, identifying required items, and coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams. - Prepare basic technical reports and track maintenance performance metrics (such as MTBF, MTTR, and downtime logs). - Coordinate continuously with the production team to schedule maintenance activities with minimal impact on output. Job Requirements: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering). - Experience: 1 to 3 years in maintenance, equipment planning, or plant operations (experience in FMCG or industrial manufacturing is a plus). - Basic to intermediate knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). - Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking logs and preparing reports. - Strong eagerness to learn, good analytical skills, and solid communication skills.
