Plant Maintenance Superintendent

Under the strategic direction of the Maintenance Manager or Plant Manager, the Plant Maintenance Superintendent will lead, plan, and direct all preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across the Ready-Mix concrete and cement production facilities. The core objective is to achieve maximum equipment availability, optimize maintenance costs, and champion a zero-harm safety culture in absolute compliance with corporate HSE standards. Areas of Responsibility include strategic maintenance and plant reliability, HSE leadership and compliance, asset management and cost control, and workforce and contractor management.
