Job description
The Lead Procurement Engineer is responsible for leading all procurement-related activities within a PMC organization for offshore oil & gas or renewable energy projects. To lead all procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, project timelines, budget constraints, and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include developing and implementing project procurement strategies, preparing Procurement Plans, Vendor Lists, and long-lead item strategies, identifying procurement risks, managing prequalification of vendors, overseeing ITTs, RFQs, and bid evaluations, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with ICV requirements and SAP/Ariba procurement systems.
