PMC Procurement Engineer / Specialist

Decima International is seeking a technically strong PMC Procurement Engineer / Specialist to support procurement and tendering activities on large-scale data center, mission-critical, and infrastructure programs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within Decima's Project Management Consultancy teams, acting as the Owner's onsite representative and supporting the Client's procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontracted packages. Responsibilities include supporting the full technical and commercial procurement cycle, preparing RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents, conducting bid evaluations, monitoring procurement schedules and long-lead equipment, coordinating Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and managing vendor performance using procurement systems such as SAP or Oracle. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field with 3-5 years of procurement experience on construction or major engineering projects.
