PMO Analyst

Misogi Partners is collaborating with a leading UAE Power & Water Utility to hire a PMO Analyst for a flagship transformation programme, supporting programme coordination, controls, reporting and governance across multiple workstreams. You will consolidate workstream updates, track milestones, risks, actions and dependencies, prepare dashboards and SteerCo materials, coordinate stakeholders, and support SAP and procurement follow-up including PR, PO, Work Orders, VOs, and SES. Requirements include a PMP certification (required), a minimum of 3 years in PMO, project coordination, programme controls, or management reporting, experience supporting major multi-workstream infrastructure, energy, or transformation programmes with oil & gas or utilities sector experience as a strong advantage, exposure to SAP, procurement workflows, and project management systems, strong reporting and stakeholder coordination skills, and mandatory GCC experience.
