Job description

Project Management Office Lead (PMO Project Manager / Lead) is required by our global client. Long term CONTRACT role. HYBRID REMOTE WORKING (2 days per week from home). The successful candidate will lead project governance and coordination of a major SAP S/4 program. You will oversee project timelines, track RAID logs, and align technical teams with business objectives to ensure successful, on-budget delivery. Project Governance: Establish standards, methodologies, and frameworks for SAP projects across the enterprise. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain RAID logs, monitor KPIs, and generate status dashboards for leadership and steering committees. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, monitor costs, forecast expenditures, and review resource allocation. Cross-functional Coordination: Bridge the gap between functional teams developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Change Management: Facilitate scope documentation, process change requests, and smooth testing or release deployment. Understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture environment and methodologies like SAP Activate. Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Jira, and SAP's internal project systems. Exceptional stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and clear written and verbal communication. Experience of SAP Retail Projects highly desirable. Strong track record of delivery capability and longevity on previous SAP PMO assignments. Demonstrable track record being a key contributor in successful ERP rollout programs. UAE project/client experience.
