Process Analyst

Education: Bachelors of Engineering with experience in SAP and Power BI for Data Analysis. Good Level of proficiency in English and proficient in Technical Writing Skills. Experience: Minimum of Six (6) years previous experience for Degree Engineers or Diploma holder preferably in Gas processing plant, Refinery in MENA region. Manage and analyze Technical Change Requests (MOCs) using SAP and Power BI, ensuring accurate tracking and KPI compliance. Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and site teams to review, study, and close assigned MOCs and technical process change requests. Develop and maintain performance dashboards and periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to monitor divisional and project performance. Prepare technical communications, presentations, and reports for management review and MOC panel meetings. Maintain MOC documentation, dashboards, and system updates, ensuring accurate status reporting and identification of incorrectly raised MOCs.
