Job description
Lead end-to-end process reengineering across TII’s business and IT landscape, acting as the bridge between business functions and IT/ERP teams, and embedding Agentic AI-enabled automation to redesign processes for scale, efficiency, and digital readiness. Responsibilities include leading process reengineering and simplification initiatives, acting as IT Business Partner between business functions and IT/ERP teams, assessing and redesigning business processes leveraging ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, identifying and implementing Agentic AI and intelligent automation opportunities, developing process maps, SOPs, and RACI models, and facilitating workshops. Qualifications require 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in business process reengineering, business analysis, or IT business partnering, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, and exposure to Agentic AI, RPA, or intelligent automation.
