Procurement Assistant

Wings Technical Services W.L.L. is looking for a Procurement Assistant in Doha, Qatar. Joining date is 01 November 2026. Key Responsibilities include creating and tracking PRs and POs in ERP (SAP / Oracle), sending RFQs, following up with vendors, preparing quotation comparisons, following up on orders and deliveries with suppliers and stores, matching PO, GRN and invoices, supporting vendor registration, and keeping procurement records and preparing MIS reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain or related field, 2+ years of procurement / purchasing experience in Qatar or GCC, SAP MM or Oracle experience preferred, industrial, oil & gas or manufacturing background is an advantage, strong MS Excel and English communication skills, valid Qatar ID with transferable visa / NOC, and immediate joiners or available by 01 November 2026.
