Procurement Coordinator

Hatch, in partnership with Ma'aden, is delivering a multibillion-dollar portfolio of major mining and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support procurement activities across EPCM/EPC projects, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with project requirements and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Form part of an Integrated Project Management Team with Maaden. - Support the procurement team with planning and execution for EPCM/EPC projects. - Coordinate RFQs, supplier communications, bid documentation, and purchase orders. - Support bid evaluations, commercial reviews, and supplier selection processes. - Maintain procurement registers, supplier databases, and procurement reports. - Track supplier commitments, delivery schedules, and payment milestones. - Coordinate with engineering, project controls, logistics, and project teams. - Monitor procurement risks, delivery issues, and escalation items. - Ensure procurement documentation complies with project procedures and governance requirements. - Support contract administration, supplier performance monitoring, and project closeout activities. Qualifications And Experience: - Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. - 3-5 years of procurement or supply chain experience in EPCM/EPC, mining, large industrial plants, construction, or mineral processing projects. - Understanding of procurement processes, purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management. - Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms. - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Knowledge of Saudi market practices and local content requirements is an asset. - Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
