IMMEDIATE HIRING – PROCUREMENT ENGINEER. Location: Doha, Qatar. Duration: 6 Months+. Vacancy: 1 Position. Experience: 5–8+ Years. Sector: Oil & Gas / EPC. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 5–10 years of experience in Procurement / Subcontracting. Strong Oil & Gas / EPC procurement experience. Experience with material & service procurement. Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas commodities and suppliers. Experience with RFQ / RFI / ITB / Tendering. Bid evaluation, commercial clarification & negotiation experience. Purchase Order / Service Order / Subcontract experience. Vendor coordination, expediting & procurement reporting. Knowledge of SAP / Oracle / P2P ERP systems. Key Role Responsibilities: Supplier & subcontractor prequalification. Tendering and bidder list preparation. RFQ / RFI / Invitation to Bid issuance. Commercial evaluation and clarification. Negotiation and close-out with bidders. Purchase / Service Order preparation. Vendor expediting and coordination. Claims, back charges & liquidated damages monitoring. PO / SO / Subcontract close-out. Supplier performance evaluation. Procurement reporting & KPI preparation.
