Procurement & ERP Analyst - IT Business Solutions

The Procurement & ERP Analyst for IT Business Solutions is responsible for supporting the procurement process for IT solutions and services within the client. This role will collaborate with stakeholders in Procurement to understand their IT solution needs and requirements. Key Responsibilities: Analyze user behaviour, needs, and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the user experience within the e-marketplace; collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the platform's usability, navigation, and overall user interface. Conduct user testing and gather user feedback to drive iterative improvements to the e-marketplace. Implement processes for onboarding new vendors and sellers onto the emarketplace platform; manage vendor profiles, product listings, and catalogues on the e-marketplace, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure compliance with vendor qualification criteria, contracts, and policies. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of the emarketplace, such as transaction volume, conversion rates, user engagement, and revenue; identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on performance data. Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate the emarketplace's performance to stakeholders such as the IT Business Solutions Manager. Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and maintain appropriate security measures for the e-marketplace platform. Ensure compliance with local Saudi data protection regulations, privacy policies, and industry standards. Coordinate the allocation of IT resources, hardware, software, network capacity, and personnel to meet demand requirements. Monitor and analyze capacity of IT infrastructure and systems. Manage inventory of IT solutions, licenses, and assets.
