Procurement Executive / Officer

Imtiaz Developments is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Procurement Executive / Officer to join its team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in purchasing, sourcing, and supply chain operations, along with knowledge of procurement procedures, supplier coordination, and ERP systems. Location: UAE. Employment Type: Full-time. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant procurement, purchasing, or sourcing experience. Professional procurement certification or progress toward CIPS is an advantage. Experience in corporate services, operations, real estate, construction, facilities, marketing, events, IT, or interior-related procurement is preferred. Basic understanding of UAE supplier markets, commercial terms, VAT, and procurement controls. Good working knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and document management. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Oracle Fusion Sourcing is preferred. Familiarity with SAP, SAP Ariba, or similar e-sourcing and procure-to-pay platforms is an advantage.
