Procurement Expeditor

Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional with a passion for driving project success through effective supplier coordination and delivery management? We are looking for a Procurement Expeditor to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services for major Oil & Gas EPC projects. Monitor procurement orders and ensure suppliers meet agreed delivery schedules. Follow up on order status and proactively address potential delays. Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth material flow. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues relating to quality, delivery, and contractual obligations. Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and industry best practices. Update ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle with procurement progress. Minimum 4 years of procurement experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas, EPC, Energy, Power, Marine, Civil, or Industrial Plant sectors.
