Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Procurement Manager to join a well-established industrial organization in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier management, contract negotiations, technical purchasing, and cost optimization, preferably within the industrial manufacturing or chemical sector. Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQs, quotation evaluation, purchase orders, and delivery coordination. Develop procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely availability of materials, equipment, spare parts, and services. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers. Lead supplier contract negotiations, commercial evaluations, and vendor performance management. Drive procurement cost savings, budget control, and purchasing efficiency. Oversee technical procurement of industrial equipment, machinery spare parts, chemicals, and maintenance materials. Coordinate international procurement, import documentation, logistics, and inventory planning. Ensure procurement compliance, maintain accurate records, and monitor procurement KPIs. Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Stores, Finance, and other departments. Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement or supply chain experience. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with SAP Business One or other ERP experience preferred.
