Job description
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with mandatory Odoo ERP experience to manage procurement, supplier relationships, cost control and timely availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end procurement operations in Odoo ERP
- Create & manage RFQs, Purchase Orders, Vendor Bills in Odoo
- Source suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms and delivery
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain records in Odoo system
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams via Odoo
- Monitor material availability and avoid operational delays
- Ensure compliance and maintain reports in Odoo
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Admin
- Odoo ERP - Procurement Module is MANDATORY
- 2 Years Experience in Automotive or Technical Industry is Mandatory
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Must be currently in Dubai / UAE
Work Location: Dubai, UAE.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
