Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Dubai entity and manage end-to-end procurement activities, while also supporting administrative and finance-related coordination. As this is a lean operation with a relatively low volume of procurement, the role will cover the complete PR-to-PO process, vendor coordination, delivery follow-ups, procurement documentation, and invoice/payment follow-ups with Finance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the complete PR-to-PO procurement cycle, including RFQs, quotations, approvals, POs, and delivery follow-ups. - Process and track PRs and POs using SAP Ariba and SAP ERP. - Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers. - Conduct quotation comparisons, price analysis, and supplier negotiations. - Monitor vendor performance and maintain supplier relationships. - Maintain procurement records, contracts, quotations, and supplier documentation. - Coordinate with Finance/AP on invoices, outstanding payments, and payment status. - Provide related administrative and operational support as required. - Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls. Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain. - Hands-on SAP Ariba and SAP MM/Procurement experience is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of the PR-to-PO process, sourcing, RFQs, purchasing, and vendor management. - Experience with invoice and payment coordination is an advantage. - Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
