Procurement Specialist (Contract)

Procurement Specialist | Defence Sector | Abu Dhabi Take your Ariba and sourcing skills into one of the UAE's most important industries. We're hiring Procurement Specialists for a leading defence client's Group Supply Chain team in Abu Dhabi. You'll own procurement from RFQ to purchase order, supporting technology and industrialization programmes. What you'll do - Run full-cycle procurement: RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, negotiation and PO issuance - Use SAP Ariba for sourcing, contracts and supplier collaboration - Work with engineering, quality and project teams to keep programmes on schedule - Drive cost savings and stronger supplier performance What you bring - 5-6 years of procurement or sourcing experience - Hands-on SAP Ariba experience - An engineering degree or background - Defence, aerospace or manufacturing experience (preferred) - Currently based in the UAE The details - Location: Abu Dhabi - Contract: 1-2 years, through an outsourced agency
