Job description
We're working with a major UAE government digital transformation programme and looking for a Product Manager to lead the modernisation of legacy systems into citizen-centric services.
Must-haves:
- 5+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Owns product vision, roadmap and portfolio strategy
- Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT oversight, KPI tracking
- Confident with senior stakeholders up to Steering Group level
- Writes business cases
- Manages multiple vendors and suppliers
- Uses JIRA, Confluence or Azure DevOps
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Courts, government or case management experience
- CSPO, PSPO or SAFe POPM
- SAP awareness
- Native arabic speaker
