Production Engineer

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities for grilles, diffusers, dampers, ducts, filters and other hvac accessories. Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, quantity, and delivery timelines. Supervise machine operation, assembly lines, and manpower utilization. Optimize production processes for efficiency, material usage, and cost reduction. Troubleshoot technical or process-related issues on the shop floor. Coordinate with the design and quality teams to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards. Implement and maintain manufacturing practices, and safety protocols. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize equipment downtime. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and SAP entries. Assist in the development of jigs, fixtures, and tooling for better production output.
