Production Merchandiser (Buyer / Merchandiser)

Armada Retail Concept, a leading fashion retail company in Kuwait, is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Merchandiser (Buyer / Merchandiser) to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Develop seasonal product assortments aligned with brand vision, fashion trends, and customer preferences. Coordinate product selections with the design and product teams, ensuring samples meet quality, fit, and style requirements. Negotiate costs, margins, payment terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. Process purchase orders through ERP systems such as SAP or DMS and provide production approvals based on design feedback. Monitor supplier compliance with company quality standards and ethical sourcing policies. Coordinate photoshoot samples across departments and track purchase orders and deliveries. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely stock arrivals and availability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Buying, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in buying, product selection, or merchandising within the fashion retail industry. Good understanding of fashion trends, product development, patterns, measurements, and consumer behavior. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, photo-editing tools such as Photoshop or similar, and ERP systems such as SAP or DMS. Strong negotiation, coordination, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with design, planning, logistics, and retail operations teams.
