Production Operations Manager - LV/MV

We're Hiring for a Leading Electrical Solutions Company in Saudi Arabia Production Operations Manager - LV/MV Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Project Management certification is a plus. - Minimum 10 years of experience in production and engineering within the LV Electrical Panels & MV Switchgear business. - Strong knowledge of MV & LV Switchgear manufacturing processes, electrical & mechanical systems, IEC standards, engineering drawings, testing and commissioning requirements. - Proven experience in production planning and scheduling, capacity planning, workflow management, resource optimization, OEE, KPI monitoring, inventory/material flow, and cost control. - Previous experience in one of the following companies is required: Elsewedy Industries Group, Siemens Energy, Schneider Electric, ABB, Shaker Group. - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, bottleneck identification, waste reduction, and productivity improvement. - Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project, with experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), MES, Power BI, and production monitoring/KPI tools. - Strong ability to lead production teams, manage workforce performance, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive continuous improvement. - English is essential; Arabic is desirable.
