Production Planner

Key Job Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure material and drawing availability. - Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery targets. - Identify and resolve planning constraints, bottlenecks, and capacity issues. - Ensure proper load vs. capacity balancing across machines and production lines. - Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, plan adherence, and production efficiency. - Prepare and present production reports to management. - Work closely with shop floor supervisors to ensure execution as per plan. - Maintain accurate data in ERP system. Professional Skills & Competencies: - Strong planning and analytical skills. - Good knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). - Advanced Excel skills. - Strong communication and coordination abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. Experience: - 2–6 years of relevant experience in production planning (manufacturing environment). - Experience in electrical panel board manufacturing is highly preferred. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
