Project Control Analyst

We are hiring a Project Control Analyst in Saudi Arabia with 3-10 years of experience in full-time project controls, cost control, budgeting, forecasting, progress measurement, reporting, and change management within construction and engineering projects. Must-have skills include budget management, ETC/EAC and cost variance analysis, forecasting, billing, change orders, subcontractor payments, supplier invoice review, strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency, hands-on experience with Procore or Unifier, exposure to Oracle Fusion, Vista, SAP, or general ERP systems, knowledge of Primavera P6 EPPM, Oracle Primavera Cloud, ASSTA, or MS Project, risk analysis, and scheduling knowledge. Experience in large industrial construction projects is preferred. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related field.
