Project Controlling Data Analyst

The Project Controlling Data Analyst supports the Project Services Product Line by building and maintaining reporting tools, templates, and dashboards that facilitate project data consolidation and performance analysis. As the project business grows in size and complexity, this role will act as the data and reporting partner for Project Controllers, Project Analysts, Project Managers, and leadership. It will help maintain and improve key reporting tools such as Excel project charters, Power BI, Salesforce, SAP PS, BW, and Oracle, while also supporting AI use cases to improve project management efficiency, data quality, and performance insights. Key Responsibilities include building reporting templates and dashboards across the project lifecycle, automating recurring reporting processes, supporting data consolidation, preparing visual performance reports on revenue, costs, margin, forecast, risks, and opportunities, aligning operational data between corporate systems such as SAP PS, BW, Oracle, and Salesforce, and documenting reporting logic and data definitions. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, with 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or project controlling. Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and experience with SAP PS, Salesforce, BW, or Oracle are required, along with capability in Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools.
