Project Controls Manager

Jasara PMC is helping deliver major social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia through a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco. Working within the construction sector and in support of Vision 2030, the company plays a central role in shaping complex, high-impact programs with a focus on disciplined delivery, strong governance, and measurable progress. As Project Controls Manager, you will provide the structure and visibility that keep major projects on track. This role is focused on bringing clarity to performance, supporting informed decision-making, and enabling project teams and stakeholders to understand cost, schedule, and delivery status across the program. Responsibilities include leading project planning, scheduling, cost control, and progress reporting activities, monitoring project performance against budget, timeline, and key delivery milestones, developing and maintaining project controls systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools, and preparing regular reports on project status, cost trends, and schedule impacts.
