Project Executive – Ops, Process Excellence & Digital Transformation

We are looking for a hands-on Project Executive to drive business operations, process optimization, SOP implementation and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with the ability to analyse processes, identify gaps, implement improvements and drive operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end projects from planning through implementation and stabilization, reviewing existing processes, developing and maintaining SOPs, identifying opportunities for automation and cost optimization, managing implementation of ERP, SaaS and digital solutions supporting business operations, and coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
