Job description
Contract Role - IMMEDIATE START. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery and optimisation of enterprise ERP and HR-IT systems. This is a delivery-focused role covering the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, go-live and post-launch support. The successful candidate will combine strong ERP functional knowledge with business analysis, integration and stakeholder management skills. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end ERP implementation and optimisation across Finance, Supply Chain and Projects including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement, Inventory, and Order Management; configuring and optimising Oracle EBS, SAP or equivalent ERP platforms; delivering HR-IT initiatives across HRMS, payroll, time and attendance, leave, T&E, and performance management; designing business processes, workflows, approval hierarchies, and operating models; leading requirements workshops and producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows; supporting integrations between ERP, HR, procurement, CRM, and third-party platforms via APIs; and owning SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
