Project Manager

We're looking for a senior Project Manager to lead construction digitization and digital transformation programs for construction and real estate clients. You will own delivery end-to-end and be the main point of contact for client stakeholders, from kickoff through go-live and adoption. Key Responsibilities include leading the delivery of digital transformation projects such as ERP, project controls, and construction management platforms for construction companies, acting as the main point of contact for clients, defining scope, plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinating internal teams and technology partners, driving user adoption through change management and training, identifying risks early, and reporting progress to leadership. Requirements include 10+ years of project management experience in construction digitization or digital transformation like ERP implementation, proven client-facing delivery on complex programs, strong understanding of construction workflows like project controls, procurement, cost and document management, mandatory Arabic and English fluency, current UAE residency, and preferred PMP or PRINCE2 certification with familiarity in platforms like Oracle, SAP, Primavera, Procore, or Aconex.
