Project Manager (OMPP / Pipelines)

A leading onshore contractor to Saudi Aramco in the Eastern Province is expanding its project management leadership team for its Onshore Maintain Potential Program (OMPP) portfolio. The successful candidate will lead capital oil and gas projects across multiple concurrent worksites, delivering safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards. Key responsibilities include leading capital oil and gas projects from FEED through detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up, directing execution of OMPP scopes including well tie-ins, flowlines, trunk lines, and associated onshore facilities, enforcing HSE protocols, monitoring KPIs, baseline schedules, cash flow, and budgets, overseeing EPC contractors, subcontractors, and procurement, and serving as the primary liaison between project management teams, Aramco operations, steering committees, and government authorities.
