Project Manager – SAP Support Services

Systems Arabia is looking for an experienced Project Manager – SAP Support Services to lead SAP S/4HANA support operations. The ideal candidate will oversee service delivery, manage SAP consulting teams, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support service delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs. Manage project governance, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and escalations. Prepare weekly progress updates and monthly service performance reports. Oversee incident management, change requests, releases, and escalations through ITSM tools. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure business-process alignment and timely issue resolution. Ensure proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and compliance with cybersecurity and information-security standards.
