Purchasing Manager

C2i, a subsidiary of Aldar Retail Management, is seeking an F&B Purchasing Manager to oversee procurement and supply chain activities across C2i-owned food and beverage concepts. The role ensures uninterrupted supply of food, beverages, operating supplies, and equipment while maintaining quality, food safety, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include leading daily purchasing across multiple restaurant concepts, supplier relationship management, inventory optimization, cost control, cross-functional coordination with finance and culinary teams, ensuring compliance with procurement governance and HACCP regulations, and preparing monthly purchasing reports. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Hospitality, or Business Administration, 7-10 years of procurement experience with at least 5 years in hospitality or F&B procurement, experience supporting multiple restaurant concepts, and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or FMC.
