Quantity Surveyor

A Quantity Surveyor plays a critical role in ensuring the commercial and contractual success of construction and infrastructure projects. This role involves overseeing costs, managing contracts, assessing commercial risks, and supporting project teams in financially efficient project delivery. Your role: Review and process IPCs, ensuring checklists are completed and workflows followed. Review RFCs, VOs, and change documents. Support commercial discussions with vendors. Maintain key commercial logs, prepare contract addenda. Review RFQs/RFPs and raise Sourcing Requests and Purchase Requests in SAP Ariba. Support internal audits. Review insurance and bond submissions. Attend commercial meetings. Requirements: Previous experience of FIDIC Contracts preferred. Degree in Quantity Surveying. Min 5 years post-degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
